“The Telectroscope is a 21st Century realisation of a 19th Century design. A tunnel bored beneath the Atlantic connects London with New York and by the aid of a complex series of lenses and mirrors allows people at one end to see and be seen by those at the other.
Admission costs just one sovereign (£1) and appointments may be made by those with particular social or commercial purposes to use the device to transact their business.
Open from 22 May - 15 June 2008 near City Hall, near Tower Bridge, London and Fulton Ferry Landing, near Brooklyn Bridge, New York.”Omg!
